Abstract

This thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of human capital management in higher education institutions. It highlights the role of innovative management methods in enhancing the effectiveness of human capital management through the implementation of digital technologies, competency-based management, motivation systems, and knowledge management practices. In addition, the paper proposes practical recommendations for improving human capital management in universities and strengthening institutional competitiveness in the knowledge-based economy.
