Abstract
Ushbu maqola Xalqaro jinoyat sudining tashkil topishi,uning tarixi va rivojlanish bosqichlarini tahlil tahlil qiladi.Muallif xalqaro jinoyat yurisdiksiyasi tarixi, ikkichi jahon urishining xalqaro jinoyati rivojlanishiga ta’siri hamda Rim statutining qabul qilinish jarayonini o‘rganib chiqadi.Shuningdak Rim statutini tuzilishi tahlil qiladi.
