Abstract

Ushbu maqolada atrof-muhitda keng tarqalgan mikroplastik zarrachalarning inson organizmiga ehtimoliy ta'siri yoritilgan. Mikroplastiklar ichimlik suvi, dengiz mahsulotlari, osh tuzi, qadoqlangan oziq-ovqat va havo orqali inson organizmiga tushishi mumkin. So'nggi yillarda o'tkazilgan tadqiqotlar mikroplastik va nanoplastik zarrachalarning inson qonida, o'pkasida, platsentasida va hatto uyqu arteriyasidagi aterosklerotik bo'lakchalarda aniqlanganligini ko'rsatdi. Maqolada mikroplastiklarning oshqozon-ichak trakti, nafas olish va yurak-qon tomir tizimlariga, shuningdek endokrin balansga ehtimoliy ta'siri, ularning tarkibidagi kimyoviy qo'shimchalarning rolini ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, mikroplastik bilan aloqani kamaytirish bo'yicha amaliy tavsiyalar keltirilgan.
