Abstract

This study explores the impact of parent-teacher collaboration on student personal development in primary education. Effective cooperation between parents and teachers plays a significant role in shaping children’s social, emotional, moral, and academic growth. The research highlights how regular communication, mutual support, and shared responsibility contribute to improving students’ self-confidence, behavior, motivation, and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the study emphasizes that a positive partnership between home and school creates a supportive learning environment that enhances students’ overall development and well-being. The findings suggest that strong parent-teacher collaboration is essential for fostering successful and well-rounded individuals in primary education.
