INTEGRATIVE PARAMETERS OF NEUROMOTOR EFFICIENCY, TECHNICAL-TACTICAL MASTERY, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL RESILIENCE IN ELITE STUDENT-ATHLETE STREETBALL PROGRAMMING
Abstract
This study empirically investigates the multi-dimensional integration of physical preparation, tactical cognition, and psychological resilience in shaping the technical-tactical profiles of student-athletes in 3x3 basketball (streetball). Given the unique, high-intensity constraints of streetball—characterized by restricted half-court dimensions, rapid motor transitions, and severe temporal and mental pressure-the mechanisms underlying dynamic decision-making are thoroughly evaluated. Two years of empirical observations of student-athletes demonstrated that systemic integration of explosive speed-strength conditioning alongside psychological stress-coping mechanisms yields a statistically significant increase in game-play technical efficiency. The article provides evidence-based recommendations for athletic departments to structure physical education curricula that align physiological conditioning with cognitive stamina.
