VITAMIN D3 VA K2 NING KALSIY METABOLIZMI, SUYAK MINERALIZATSIYASI VA YURAK-QON TOMIR TIZIMIDAGI O‘ZARO TA’SIRI: ZAMONAVIY ILMIY DALILLAR SHARHI

Vitamin D3 va vitamin K2 yog‘da eruvchi vitaminlar bo‘lib, kalsiy-fosfor almashinuvi, suyak to‘qimasi metabolizmi va bir qator fiziologik jarayonlarda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Vitamin D3 ichakdan kalsiy va fosforning so‘rilishini oshirib, suyak mineralizatsiyasi uchun zarur bo‘lgan kalsiy homeostazini ta’minlashda ishtirok etadi. Vitamin K2 esa vitamin K ga bog‘liq oqsillarning, xususan osteokalsin va matrix Gla-proteinning γ-karboksillanishida kofaktor sifatida qatnashadi. Shu sababli D3 va K2 ning biologik vazifalari bir-birini ma’lum darajada to‘ldirishi mumkinligi haqidagi gipoteza so‘nggi yillarda katta qiziqish uyg‘otmoqda.
Mazkur maqolada vitamin D3 va K2 ning molekulyar va fiziologik mexanizmlari, ularning suyak mineral zichligiga ta’siri, yurak-qon tomir kalsifikatsiyasi bilan bog‘liq ehtimoliy mexanizmlar hamda D3+K2 kombinatsiyasining klinik samaradorligi bo‘yicha mavjud ilmiy dalillar tahlil qilinadi. Randomizatsiyalangan klinik tadqiqotlar va meta-tahlillarning ayrimlari D va K vitaminlarini birgalikda qo‘llash suyak mineral zichligiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatgan. Biroq barcha tadqiqotlar bir xil natijani bermagan va D3+K2 kombinatsiyasining yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarini oldini olishdagi klinik ustunligi hali yetarli darajada isbotlanmagan.
