Abstract

Ushbu maqolada stressning inson organizmiga, jumladan asab, yurak-qon tomir, immun, endokrin va oshqozon-ichak tizimlariga ko'rsatadigan ta'siri tahlil qilinadi. Stress — organizmning tashqi yoki ichki omillarga nisbatan bildiradigan tabiiy moslashuv reaksiyasi bo'lib, qisqa muddatli holatda organizmni himoya qiladi, biroq surunkali tarzda davom etganda ko'plab kasalliklarning rivojlanishiga zamin yaratadi. Maqolada gipotalamus-gipofiz-buyrak usti bezi o'qi (GGB o'qi) orqali kortizol va adrenalin ishlab chiqarilishi mexanizmi, stressning tizimlarga ta'siri, yosh va jinsga bog'liq farqlar hamda stressni boshqarish usullari ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida yoritiladi.
