Abstract

Ushbu maqolada hid bilish qobiliyati (olfaktor funksiya) bilan ayrim nevrologik, infeksion va surunkali kasalliklar o'rtasidagi bog'liqlik yoritilgan. Hid bilishning buzilishi ko'plab hollarda kasallikning ilk, hali boshqa alomatlar namoyon bo'lmagan bosqichida kuzatiladi, shu sababli u muhim diagnostik va bashoratli belgi sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada Parkinson va Alzheimer kasalliklarida giposmiyaning erta biomarker sifatidagi ahamiyati, COVID-19 infeksiyasida keskin anosmiyaning o'ziga xosligi, shuningdek surunkali rinosinusit, bosh miya travmasi, shizofreniya, qandli diabet va boshqa holatlarda hid bilish funksiyasining o'zgarishi tahlil qilingan. Ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida olfaktor testlarning klinik amaliyotda qo'llanilishi va ularning erta tashxis qo'yishdagi o'rni ko'rib chiqiladi.
