Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kofeinning yurak-qon tomir va markaziy asab tizimiga ko'rsatadigan ta'siri, uning organizmdagi farmakologik mexanizmi hamda iste'mol dozasiga bog'liq holda kuzatiladigan fiziologik o'zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Kofein adenozin retseptorlarini bloklash orqali markaziy asab tizimini faollashtiradi, diqqat-e'tiborni oshiradi va charchoqni vaqtincha kamaytiradi. Shu bilan birga, yurak urish tezligi, qon bosimi va katexolaminlar darajasiga ta'sir ko'rsatib, ayrim shaxslarda yurak ritmi buzilishi va tashvish holatlarini kuchaytirishi mumkin. Maqolada kofeinning xavfsiz dozalari, individual sezuvchanlik omillari va ortiqcha iste'mol oqibatlari bo'yicha ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tavsiyalar keltiriladi.
