XORIJIY MAMLAKATLARDA INKLYUZIV TA’LIM RIVOJLANISHINING QIYOSIY-HUQUQIY TAHLILI

Ushbu maqolada xorijiy davlatlar – AQSh, Buyuk Britaniya va Finlandiya – inklyuziv ta’lim qonunchiligi va amaliyotining qiyosiy-huquqiy tahlili amalga oshirilgan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi ushbu mamlakatlarning huquqiy mexanizmlari, moliyalashtirish modellari va pedagogik yondashuvlarini qiyosiy o‘rganish hamda milliy ta’lim tizimi uchun tatbiq etilishi mumkin bo‘lgan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdir. Metodologiya sifatida huquqiy hujjatlar tahlili, qiyosiy huquqshunoslik va adabiyotlarni ko‘rib chiqish usullaridan foydalanilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, AQSh tizimi individual ta’lim dasturlariga (IEP), Angliya tizimi kompleks g‘amxo‘rlik rejalariga (EHCP), Finlandiya esa uch bosqichli universal yordamga asoslanadi. Muhokama qismida ushbu tajribalarning O‘zbekiston uchun amaliy ahamiyati va moslashtirilishi ko‘rib chiqilgan.
