Abstract
Ushbu maqolada ingliz tilidagi onlayn muloqotda xushmuomalalik strategiyalarining qo'llanilishi, xususan, Braun va Levinsonning yuzni asrash nazariyasi asosida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda elektron pochta, ijtimoiy tarmoqlar va tezkor xabar almashish platformalaridagi ijobiy va salbiy xushmuomalalik, shuningdek, yuzni tahdid qiluvchi harakatlarni yumshatish vositalari o'rganilgan. Raqamli kommunikatsiyada nutqiy aktlarning pragmatik xususiyatlari va madaniy kontekstning ahamiyati yoritilgan.
