This research offers a pioneering exploration of the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and coping strategies among educators, uniquely situated in the sociocultural context of Kokand, Uzbekistan. Its novelty is reflected in the following:
- Cultural Contextualization: The study integrates the collectivist, Islamic, and patriarchal values of the Fergana region, alongside the influence of mahallas and educational traditions, which have not been previously examined in the context of educators’ EI and coping.
