Abstract

This article analyzes views on gender equality, women's rights, and the fact that women have equal rights and opportunities with men in society. Today, women are achieving greater success in some areas than men, they are using their opportunities, but not everywhere women have their full rights, women's equality with men still remains a dream. In many cases, women's rights are being restricted and discriminated against. To combat such phenomena, the attitude toward women in Uzbekistan and the protection of their rights and freedoms have been elevated to the level of state policy. This article discusses the current achievements of women and their need to have equal rights and opportunities with men.
