ABDULLAH SHER AS A MASTER OF POETIC TRANSLATION
Abstract
This article examines Abdullah Sher's contribution to Uzbek literary translation. Particular attention is paid to his translations of Heinrich Heine and Nicolás Guillén. The study analyzes the artistic features of poetic translation, including the preservation of imagery, rhythm, emotional content, and national-cultural elements. It is argued that Abdullah Sher successfully recreated the aesthetic value of the original texts while adapting them to the linguistic and cultural context of Uzbek readers.
