Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada chaqaloqlarda asab tizimi faoliyatini baholashda muhim diagnostik ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan tug‘ma reflekslar, perinatal ensefalopatiya hamda bolalar serebral falajligining asosiy klinik xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Chaqaloqlik davrida Moro, ushlash, Babkin, qidirish, so‘rish, Galant, Bauer va avtomatik yurish kabi reflekslarning mavjudligi, simmetriyasi va yoshga mos ravishda so‘nishi markaziy asab tizimining yetukligi haqida muhim ma’lumot beradi. Perinatal gipoksiya va ishemik shikastlanishlar natijasida yuzaga keladigan ensefalopatiyada mushak tonusi, nafas olish, ong darajasi, harakat faolligi va tug‘ma reflekslarda o‘zgarishlar kuzatilishi mumkin. Maqolada ensefalopatiyaning yengil, o‘rtacha va og‘ir shakllarining klinik belgilari hamda ularning keyingi nevrologik rivojlanishga ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, bolalar serebral falajligining asosiy klinik shakllari, erta diagnostika va reabilitatsiyaning ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan. Zamonaviy ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra, xavf guruhidagi bolalarda nevrologik baholashni erta boshlash va individual reabilitatsiya choralarini o‘z vaqtida tashkil etish funksional natijalarni yaxshilashga yordam beradi.
