Ushbu maqolada sovuq suv bilan chiniqishning inson organizmiga ko‘rsatadigan fiziologik va immunologik ta’siri, shuningdek, u bilan bog‘liq asosiy tibbiy tavsiyalar hamda keng tarqalgan xatoliklar yoritilgan. Sovuq suv bilan chiniqish to‘g‘ri bajarilganda vegetativ nerv tizimini mustahkamlash, qon aylanishini yaxshilash, immunitetni oshirish va adaptiv imkoniyatlarni kengaytirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi. Biroq amaliyotda chiniqish tartibiga rioya qilmaslik, jismoniy holatni hisobga olmaslik va haroratni keskin pasaytirish kabi xatolar organizmda og‘ir asoratlarga olib kelishi mumkin. Shu bois maqolada sovuq suv bilan chiniqishning ilmiy-tibbiy asoslari va ularni amalda to‘g‘ri qo‘llash yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi.
