Аннотация

Surunkali buyrak kasalligi (SBK) bolalarda buyrak funksiyasining bosqichma-bosqich pasayishi bilan kechuvchi va ko‘plab tizimli asoratlarni yuzaga keltiruvchi progressiv patologik holat hisoblanadi. Zamonaviy tadqiqotlarda SBKning muhim asoratlaridan biri sifatida endotelial disfunksiya qaralib, u yurak-qon tomir tizimi zararlanishining erta patogenetik mexanizmlaridan biri sifatida baholanmoqda. Endotelial funksiyaning buzilishi azot oksidi (NO) almashinuvining izdan chiqishi, oksidlovchi stress, surunkali yallig‘lanish va uremik toksinlarning to‘planishi bilan bog‘liq.
