Abstract

Ushbu maqolada gormonal signallarning organizm bo‘ylab tarqalish jarayonlari, ularning qonda tashilishi hamda nishon-hujayralarga ta’sir etish mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Gormonlarning plazma oqsillari bilan bog‘lanishi, erkin fraksiyaning biologik faolligi va gormon–retseptor o‘zaro ta’siri fiziologik boshqaruvning muhim bo‘g‘ini sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, gormonal va nerv boshqaruvi o‘rtasidagi asosiy farqlar, gormonal signallarning sekin, ammo uzoq davom etuvchi ta’siri ilmiy asosda tushuntiriladi. Maqolada gormonlarning hujayra membranasi orqali yoki hujayra ichki retseptorlari orqali ta’sir ko‘rsatishi, ikkilamchi tashuvchilar (cAMP, Ca²⁺, IP₃) ishtirokidagi jarayonlar va fiziologik javoblarning shakllanishi keng yoritilgan. Ushbu ma’lumotlar endokrin tizimning muvozanatini saqlashda gormonlarning ahamiyatini chuqurroq anglashga yordam beradi.
