Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot 14–18 yoshli regbichilarni jismoniy tayyorlashda tizimli mashg‘ulotlar jarayonlarini takomillashtirishni o‘rganadi. Tadqiqot davomida yosh sportchilarning kuch, chidamlilik, tezkorlik va chaqqonlik ko‘rsatkichlarining 12 haftalik tizimli mashg‘ulotlar natijasida o‘zgarishi tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar, mashg‘ulotlarning yuqori intensivlikda va tizimli ravishda o‘tkazilishi yosh regbichilarning jismoniy tayyorgarligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi, shuningdek, sport natijalarining yaxshilanishiga olib keladi.
